Entering its seventh year, the Charlotte RaceFest at SouthPark Half Marathon and 10K is fast becoming a main feature of the spring running circuit in the Southeast region. Added to the Running Journal Grand Prix Series in 2003, the event takes advantage of the great spring date and southern hospitality that Charlotte is known for.
The date for 2008 is Saturday, April 12th and, as always, our top priority is to provide a first-class event experience for our participants and sponsors.
Building on the strong base of close to 3,000 runners this past spring, we look forward to another year of positive growth and outstanding value for our participants and sponsors.
In addition to the Overall awards, the Charlotte RaceFest at South Park Half Marathon has been chosen to host the NC USATF Half Marathon Championships, which will have separate awards for Overall finishers.
If you wish to be included in the NCUSATF awards, please provide your current USATF #. (You do not have to have a USATF # if you are just running the race.)
